JAMES WOOD
Attorney Profile
You are there for all of us. We are here for you.
Public service is in James Wood's blood and his heart. His father has been a firefighter with the City of Houston Fire Department for more than 30 years. James is also the husband of a local chief of Police Officer. James himself served our country in the 101st Airborne of the U.S. Army, specializing in military intelligence. He helps first responders because he knows what they go through—the physical and mental challenges and the daily risks of the job. When the unforeseen happens; when they hurt, he is there.
The James Wood Law Firm has helped clients recover millions of dollars for injuries.
James has secured multi-million dollar settlements for clients. His experience includes assisting those who have been involved in car wrecks (on and off duty), trucking wrecks, auto/pedestrian collisions, motorcycle collisions, ambulance collisions, DWI crashes, undercover operation injuries, dog bites, medical malpractice, product liability, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic burns, officer involved shootings, fatalities, amputations, military earplug litigation, homeowner's liability claims, fire-fighting equipment failure and more.
Serious injuries can be some of the most challenging pitfalls in a person’s life. Let us help you get through this dark time and get your life back.
James extends a friends and family discount to all first responders and their families and always will.
